🛍️ Products
We specialize in custom and personalized products. All items are made based on customer provided designs, names, or instructions. Because of this, slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur.
💳 Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production or processing begins.
We accept bank transfer and other available online payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
🎨 Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing correct names, text, or design details.
We are not responsible for mistakes in information provided by the customer.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on location and order type.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be provided when available.
🔄 Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof.
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
